What to do in depression

  1. Yesterday is gone. (It is of no use for crying over spilt milk)
  2. “No doubt peace is there in the remembrance of Allah” (Surah Ra’ad)
  3. To grief over and over is of use in any case.
  4. Learn from the lives of under-privileged people.
  5. Never get disappointed.
  6. There will be another life as well, so no grief.
  7. Live is too short then your imagination even, so not to grief on it.
  8. Learn to make peace with your past. Once you do it, their remains no grief.
  9. Everyone of us have to die.
  10. Not to grief about the things over which you have no control.
